My Approach

Life is a journey filled with stops and choices available to each of us every day of our lives. School of Happiness offers you 5 different happiness choices carefully tailored to re-claim your inner power to live from the heart.

Our courses are designed to empower your whole-being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each session holistically includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, and a relaxation technique. Once your energies are balanced, you relax sipping our happiness tea.  Then, it is time for Healing Circle lectures. These interactive lectures are derived from multiple disciplines empowering you with practical tools,  insights, and wisdom.  They will help you to understand yourself and others better and find solutions to your most pressing problems. The combination of ancient techniques and modern-day scientific knowledge makes School of Happiness courses unique and effective. All you need is a declaration that you are born to be happy and that you deserve all the happiness and abundance life offers.  As Oprah said“Happiness is there for the taking and making.”  Here is your chance to make your own happiness.
